Fault code P238328 was stored relating to the low pressure EGR differential pressure sensor signal offset being outside the permissible range.

Live data checks showed the sensor reading was implausible compared to expected exhaust pressure values.

Pressure hoses were inspected for blockage and soot contamination, and wiring checks were carried out to rule out signal interruption or connector faults.

Testing confirmed the differential pressure sensor signal remained outside specification.

The differential pressure sensor was replaced (A000 905 11 19).

After replacement, sensor readings returned to normal values and the engine warning light was cleared.
